Our flagship practice. Our particular depth is in initial public offerings in the U.S. and Hong Kong and in ongoing SEC compliance and reporting.

Day to day, we act as outside general counsel — the governance, contract, and compliance questions that come with building a company; at each inflection point, we step in as deal counsel for the financings and strategic transactions that mark the next stage.

Intellectual property
We advise clients on the deals and disputes where intellectual property is the asset — helping companies create, protect, and monetize IP across its lifecycle.
